Description

In a courtroom setting, a pretrial hearing takes place for the accused Claudia Faith Draper to determine if she is fit to stand trial. Her lawyer must convince the judge she is mentally sound, despite her parents and prosecutor arguing the opposite. Nuts looks at the biases and situational circumstances that could label a person “mentally insane.”
